Comments : Very beautiful place to fly, every period of the year. Not unusual to be able to fly in warm thermal conditions during November - February.

Being situated in a precious archaeological area, launch can only be reached on foot following the road of access to the ancient city of Norba. We recommend maximum respect for the area that hosts us, in particular we ask that it be kept clean and that archaeological finds and the vegetation not be damaged.
Weather hazards : East / South-east winds
Flight regulation : We recommend to all the pilots to strongly abstain from flying in the plain beyond the vertical of the crossing of Doganella di Ninfa (41°36′N; 12°50′E) in order to avoid invading the aerial space of the CTR of the Military Airport of Latina.
The repetition of these trespasses, recorded by the control tower, places us at the concrete risk of having our flight site closed down as the airport authorities have often threatened. In case of violation of this warning we will denounce the responsible pilot to the competent authorities.

Tourism  : The particular orographic formation of Norma offers as well as free flying activities the possibility to practice many others, such as:

- Rock climbing on the beautiful cliffs just off the town;
- Horse riding at the modern horse racing centre,
- Trekking on set paths also used for Mountain Biking.

From the historical cultural and naturalistic point of view it is absolutely worth a visit:

- the archaeological digs of the ancient city of Norba (IV a.c.)
- the virtual Roman-Latin Museum and the medieval village of Norma (XII d.c.)
- the splendid botanical oasis that rises between the ruins of the ancient medieval village of Ninfa (XII d.c.)
- the Castle of Sermoneta (XII d.c.).
